HOW TO OPEN A TIERA-D ACCOUNT

To open a TIERA-D account with ComBank, and to obtain a set of required documentation, please send an e-mail to treasury@combank.net indicating your mailing address.

Please complete the required documents with your foreign address details (Note: If you have a local mailing address please indicate it seperately) and submit same duly introduced/ certified by a local party known to the Com Bank or by your Bankers to the following address.

Documents to be submitted for opening a TIERA-D account.

Individual Investors

1. Duly certified Mandate form
2. Signature card
3. Photocopy of the page of the passport indicating personal details of the applicant
4. CDS application form.

Other Investors

1. Duly certified Mandate form
2. Signature Cards
3. Photocopies of the pages of the passports indicating personal details of the Directors
4. Other documents listed in the mandate form
5. CDS application form.
