Getting Started

All you have to do is collect a PAYMASTER application from any branch of Commercial Bank or download one through the link given below, complete and submit it to the branch where you maintain your account. This has to be done only once.

After your application is processed and registered, we will issue an Encryption Software and a soft file containing the Payment Instructions Format. User ID and a Password for the Encryption Software will also be issued.

The next step

Simply complete the Payment Instructions Format, encrypt and send it across to the Bank in a diskette/CD or by email along with the authorisation to debit your account.

Checking the status of transactions

Check the status of any transaction, from anywhere at any time by simply login into Combank Online.
